I want to continue that legacy.
I'm Jade Sprake. I built and operated my own handyman company, and I'm now partnered with a small private investment group focused on acquiring and continuing strong trades and home-services businesses. I'm looking for a company with a strong reputation, loyal customers, and a team that has been built with care.

My Vision
I'm looking for a company with a trusted reputation, loyal customers, and a team that has been built with care.
I'm not looking for something to tear apart. I'm looking for something worth continuing.
No pressure, no obligation — just a confidential, honest conversation about what's next.
I'm young, but I care deeply about the trades and the people behind them.
I've seen firsthand how much work goes into building a service business: the long days, the customer calls, the team, the scheduling, the reputation, and the weight of being the person everyone depends on.
These businesses are not just numbers on a spreadsheet. They are people, families, customers, employees, reputations, and years of work that quietly hold communities together.
That is the kind of business I respect.
That is the kind of business I am looking for.
What I'm looking for
I'm looking to acquire and continue a strong trades or home-services business. That could include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, roofing, septic, restoration, property services, specialty trades, or other local home-services businesses.
The right business likely has a trusted reputation, loyal customers, a reliable team, consistent demand, solid operations, and an owner who cares about what happens next.
I am not looking for something to tear apart. I am looking for something worth continuing.
My interest in this space comes from wanting to see good local companies continue on with care, with their teams, customers, reputation, and legacy respected and carried forward.
I believe these businesses deserve thoughtful long-term ownership. Not someone who comes in and forgets what made the company good in the first place.
The goal is not to erase what has been built.
The goal is to carry it forward well.
Selling a business is a major decision. It affects you, your employees, your customers, your family, and the legacy you have worked hard to build. I understand this is not something most owners take lightly, and I would never treat it that way.
If the future of the business, or a potential ownership transition, is something you are open to thinking through, I would be grateful for the opportunity to have a confidential conversation.
No pressure. No obligation. Just a respectful conversation.
If you are open to speaking, I would be grateful for the chance to learn more about your business and what you have built.
